COVID-19 Update
COVID-19 is still around we ask if you are attending the health service for an appointment you MUST wear a mask if you do not have an exemption. If you do not have one, we will provide you with one and must be worn at all time.
All appointments we will still be asking a few screening questions and will be required to have your temperature taken when entering the building.
Dental Appointments – ALL patients MUST return a negative RAT prior to your appointment. This is to be completed at home. If you have no access to RAT you will need to come 20 minutes before your appointment and AWAHS will provide you with one.
If you have not had your COVID-9 Vaccine or Booster, call us on 026040 1200 to book in!
