Our GP’s provides primary health care to our community ensuring they deliver a holistic, comprehensive, culturally appropriate health care to our Aboriginal community.
Practice Nurses
Our Practice nurse specialises in Women’s Heath. However provides the following care to our Aboriginal community: CST (pap smear), Immunisations, assisting our GP’s in small procedures, providing wound care services, health education, health promotion and information about health conditions and ailments, liaising with other health care professions.
Aboriginal Health Practitioner
Our Aboriginal Health Practitioner provides holistic care to our Aboriginal community and their families through primary health care. Assisting our GP’s in small procedures, providing wound care services, giving advice, education, health promotion and information about health conditions and ailments, liaising with other health care professions and specialising in eye and ear health.
Men’s Health Nurse
Our Men’s Health Nurse has a primary focus on Men’s Health, however still provides a variety of services to our community, these include: health checks, wound management, assisting our GP’s in small procedures, medication administration, health education, health promotion, immunisations. Our men’s health nurse also travels down to
Wangaratta and Benalla to provide services to our Aboriginal community located there.
